At the time of this meeting, it was the City's policy not to broadcast video for workshop sessions.
This was identified during the meeting itself by Council Member Ed Danko:
"During workshops, we do not broadcast videos just audio. [Council Member Danko] likes the idea of video. Mayor Alfin was not aware and thanked Councilman Danko."
The policy was subsequently changed. By February 2022, workshop sessions were being streamed live on the City's YouTube channel.
